As President and CEO of Green Environmental Services (Vancouver), he represents a new generation of environmental leadership grounded in systems thinking, practical delivery, and intergenerational expertise. Since 2015, he has built comprehensive experience through hands-on field operations and senior management roles across Canada and the Pacific region.
His strengths include strategic planning, decision support, and complex problem-solving in environmental and social systems. He specializes in synthesizing technical information, identifying policy priorities, building stakeholder consensus, and translating uncertainty into actionable strategies—particularly in contested and non-linear contexts.
He provides advisory and technical support across policy analysis, cross-ministry coordination, education, and outreach, with strong expertise in developmental evaluation for complex environmental and social interventions. Partnership development is central to his work, spanning all levels of government, the private sector, academia, civil society, Indigenous Melanesian communities, Small Island Developing States, and international funding and insurance sectors.
He has led multi-agency programs with a focus on accountability, monitoring and evaluation, and results delivery, and has developed successful proposals for major international funding bodies including UN agencies, ADB, FAO, GEF, and the Green Climate Fund.
